Launches in Anne Arundel parks - Ft Smallwood open for kiteboarding

Ft Smallwood & Downs park are now open to windsurfing and kiteboarding.
Also, Jonas Green park (old Rt 450 Sever River Bridge) is officially open to windsurfing (was it before?).
Quiet waters is also open, but the launch area is way back in the creek.

DC Surfrider - 2008 Clean Water Paddle on the Potomac River
